The City of Rancho Cordova and the board of the new Sacramento Children’s Museum have announced that a site in Rancho Cordova has been selected to be the home of the region’s newest family-oriented attraction. The Sacramento Children’s Museum (SCM), a hands-on, interactive center will be located at 2701 Prospect Park Drive in Rancho Cordova, next to City Hall. The Museum is scheduled to open in January 2010.

Sacramento, CA - Roebbelen Contracting Inc. has been designated as the general contractor for the new Sacramento Children’s Museum located in Rancho Cordova within the Rancho Cordova City hall complex on Prospect Park Drive. Construction of the Museum will begin in the fall of 2009. As a Founding Partner, Roebbelen will donate $100,000 in services to build a hands-on, play-based environment for children.
