Construction of the Sacramento Children’s Museum has begun! With an amazing outpouring of community support, our Founding Partners and our ever-growing Museum Family we are excited to embark on the construction phase of the Museum. Roebbelen Construction has been contracted to build the Museum in Rancho Cordova which was recently named one of ten “All American Cities of 2010”.

Together with SCM Founding Partners: City of Rancho Cordova, Junior League of Sacramento and Roebbelen Construction; we thank our community for making this dream a reality for our parents,
caregivers, teachers and children of all ages!

We anticipate a Summer 2011 opening and hope that you will join us for our Grand Opening Event. SCM will announce the event date in soon—stay tuned!
